This dress is so sassy! It features a fully smocked bodice with oversized sheer sleeves ending with a slight bell sleeve detail. There is a tie function in the front allowing the length to be adjusted. The tighter the strings are tied the more bunching and shorter the dress goes. We styled it with our Daphne Necklace and our Ankle Wrap Nude Heels. SO CUTE!
