STROCO. COLLECTION’S RETURN POLICY

 

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

 

Return Policy:

We must receive your return within 14 days of the order fulfillment date. Returns over 14 days of the fulfillment date will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense. If your return is not accepted and you do not purchase the return shipping fee within 30 days, your item will be donated. Please include the packing slip with the item being returned.*Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  

 

How will I receive my store credit? Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. Please understand that the item must be sorted, inspected and processed. Store credit never expires. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping

 

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue you an E-Gift card via email and you may then place an order for the desired size if that item is still in stock.

 

Do we offer return labels? Unfortunately, we do not offer return labels at this time. As we continue to grow hopefully we will be able to offer that feature in the future.

 

**Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Item must be free of any perfume, pet hair, deodorant, cigarette smoke and stains of any kind. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.

 

If you send back an item that is not eligible for return, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee + shipping costs.

 

ItemsNOT eligible for return:

  • Any and all accessories, i.e. jewelry, hats, bags/wallets, sunglasses, belts, scarves
  • Intimates, i.e. bodysuits, bras, panties, any undergarments
  • Active wear
  • All sale items (including all Deal Of The Days)

 

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your items.
