These leggings are made with a textured leather-looking stretch fabric! You get the high end look but without the restriction of real leather! They are nice and high waisted. We styled them with our Leopard Hoodie, Pink Harper Headband and our English Sweetheart Boots. They would also but so cute dressed up with some booties and a big sweater!
